Prize draw rules
1. The Prize: 1x "One day ticket" for Future Business Forum 2020 (20 individual winners will be selected at random and will receive x1 "one day ticket" each).
2. Ticket raffle runs from 13:00 (BST) Monday 8th June until 23:59 (BST) Friday 12th June 2020.
3. Eligibility and conditions of entry:
- Corporate entrants only
- Over 18s only
- One entry per person
- If you are employed, you must have your employer’s permission to enter this prize draw.
- Any employees FutureX Innovation Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded.
4. How to enter:
You must fill out this form and submit your details to be entered in to the prize draw.
5. Winner selection, notification and claiming your prize:
FutureX Innovation Ltd will collate all responses and select 20 (twenty) winners automatically at random.
The winners will be selected by 10am on Tuesday 16th June 2020. The winners will be notified by email by 6pm on Wednesday 17th June 2020. The winners must accept the prize by 6pm on Friday 19th June 2020 by responding to the email.
FutureX Innovation Ltd reserves the right to check identification before releasing the prize. In the event that the prize-winners do not meet the eligibility criteria, FutureX Innovation Ltd may at its sole discretion aware the prize to another person.
If a winner fails to respond and accept their prize by 6pm on Friday 19th June 2020, the ticket will be reallocated. In the event that no winner responds or accepts, FutureX Innovation Ltd at its own discretion may cancel the prize draw.
6. Prize Delivery
FutureX Innovation Ltd will deliver the One day ticket to Future Business Forum via email to the email address that the entrant used to enter the prize draw.
7. Personal Information
By entering via the form, you are aware that FutureX Innovation Ltd will store your name and email address to select a winner.
